Experience the Executive Franchise Model
Of the 250+ brands we represent, a select number have been strategically designed for an absentee ownership experience. We have models across the absentee investment spectrum from full absentee to semi-absentee, depending on what you are looking for from your franchise investment. Our brands that offer a fully absentee/investor model only require two 1-hours meeting a month with a full corporate management team already in place from the start. This model is ideal for an investor who does not have the time to dedicate to managing a business, but looking for an investment outside real estate or the stock market. Many of our semi-absentee models leverage a subcontractor labor pool, which allow for the focus of the business to ramp sales without managing a large pool of in-house W2 employees. These models are able to have a general manager instated from the start, requiring minimal management from the owner.

Which Ownership Type is the Best?
The truth is there is no ‘best’ type, however there is a ‘best for you’. It all depends on what you’re looking to get from your business opportunity. Some good questions to ask yourself are:
- How many hours per week do I have to allocate?
- How much am I looking to invest?
- How big of an operation do I want to grow to?
Which Ownership Type is Best for Me?
Ultimately, you’ll have to make this decision for yourself. With that being said here’s a few things you can do to ensure you’re making the best decision:
- Make sure to ask brands the tough questions you have
- Explore multiple industries outside of what you're looking for
- Work with a franchise broker. Click below to start the process
